Front desk staff was extremely rude to my husband. Asked him if he came over there from urgent care because they "didn't give him what he wanted" after he got sent there by the nurse practitioner from the urgent care. The nurse practitioner told him he needed to get a CT scan here and when he mentioned the CT scan the doctor refused to give it to him. All around a bad experience.
Went in today after having 2 seizures me and my mother were treated pretty bad by front desk staff. Only a couple were sweet and that’s it. The male doctor we had was great. The woman who took my blood was the absolute worst. I’ve never had someone handle me so roughly with a needle. She shoved it in fast and careless… and I have HUGE bruising.
