They take forever to get you in. Brought my grandma and they had us waiting over an hour. They kept calling everyone else before her even though she was early for her appointment. Then we asked a nurse why it was taking long and she rudely replied that she was not a nurse with her Dr. We asked another nurse who said she’d check but she never got back to us. Eagle Pass needs better clinics or just better doctors/nurses overall.
Not sure why you have phones and don’t answer them at all, but I’ve seen yall sit and let the phones ring and not answer them at all and it’s very unprofessional and you all need a pay cut and a attitude check.
I will have to search for a different clinic in Eagle Pass. United Medical Centers has the WORST customer service in history. They NEVER answer their phones. And when I called to schedule an appt today, the lady that answered sounded so annoyed and fed up. Her tone came off so rude I couldn't even understand her. I understand jobs in customer service may be difficult. But that is no excuse. I'm upset to leave because I love my Doctor's.
YALL NEED TO ANSWER THE PHONE. I've called multiple times and left a message and my husband has called as well.
