Not sure why you have phones and don’t answer them at all, but I’ve seen yall sit and let the phones ring and not answer them at all and it’s very unprofessional and you all need a pay cut and a attitude check.
I will have to search for a different clinic in Eagle Pass. United Medical Centers has the WORST customer service in history. They NEVER answer their phones. And when I called to schedule an appt today, the lady that answered sounded so annoyed and fed up. Her tone came off so rude I couldn't even understand her. I understand jobs in customer service may be difficult. But that is no excuse. I'm upset to leave because I love my Doctor's.
YALL NEED TO ANSWER THE PHONE. I've called multiple times and left a message and my husband has called as well.
The most lazy and care less stuff I have ever been around since I move to usa .I am a truck driver and I go all over .the lazy ass,fake doctor .
