I came here with my baby to the ER they took forever I waited hours wasted my time here
I WENT IN FOR SEVERE PAIN. THE DRS AND NURSES WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COMPASSIONATE. I TOTALLY RECOMMEND UMC ER LETICIA CASIO

Physician, Jacqueline Mauer was a bit rude. At one point she told me “some people don’t understand what ER is for” when I came in with my high fever for the fifth day in a row and I was sick of the same repetitive tests that I took just two days ago. Was at UMC downtown 2 days before, and those doctors were nice and told me to come back if my symptoms change or worsen, so I did. But I guess Jacqueline doesn’t think 5 days of a. fever and extreme leg/joint pain is ER worthy, along with a lot of other symptoms.
