This is the best clinic in Lubbock!! Downstairs and upstairs everyone is so nice no matter what time of day!! We won’t ever go anywhere else!
Wouldn’t want to be anywhere else! The kindest people ever. The building is super clean as well. Dr. Madison is the best!!
Dr. Mitchell is a very thorough and knowledgable provider. She has been very helpful since the day my daughter was born, and continues to answer all of our "first time parent" questions with no judgement. She is easy to reach through the patient portal, which makes it even easier to determine what requires an in-person visit.
Dr. Madison always makes us feel like our son is an absolute rockstar. I love that she focuses on the whole child rather than just the growth chart, which my son is barely on. Dr. Madison’s nurses are prompt in answering any of my questions on the portal. The front desk staff always find a spot for us on the schedule when my son is sick.
