The guy came and picked up my area rug to clean it and brought it back the next day. I wrote him a check and as he was leaving I unfolded the rug. It hadn’t been touched!!! It was still filthy and hadn’t been as much as shaken out! I asked for my check back and he gave it to me and said he would be back to “clean it again”. That won’t be happening.

Very good at what they do. Also they will always find time for your needs. They make carpet look brand new and also clean old rugs very nicely.
