Rented an apartment for my daughter at Heron Meadows. The on site Manager was fantastic, living there was fine. The maintenance people did their best. My problem was moving out, two of the smoke alarms were malfunctioning and I informed maintenance since they are batterie and wired they have to be calibrated to get them to shut off. Ellen the admin asst decided that she would keep $500.00 out of my deposit when my daughter moved. I had talked to maintenance and they said no big deal they would fix them. honestly, it's not the greatest .
Umbrella took over 4 days to send in out Rental History Application which delayed us from getting another apartment and cost us application fees. This is no small matter in this tight rental market.
