Ruthless and immoral. Bilaal had sold us a house whist working for his previous employer. The vendor lost the house he was looking to purchase but we were willing to wait. Six months later Bilaal had opened up Umbrella Estates and resold the very same house for a higher price from right under our nose. Neither he nor the vendor had the decency to tell us, we found out via Zoopla listings. Do not trust this man!!!!!
I can thoroughly recommend Umbrella Estates as Bilaal found several buyers for my home and I was able to reject most of the offers, leading to my home being sold to a cash buyer at a true market price. This may have been a function of the market being short of suitable homes for sale but I consider that Bilaal's ability to deal with the buyers in the market had more to do with it.
