I've been buying from Umbrella for a couple of years now and their transfers, packaging and customer service has always been top tier. I've contacted them a few times either with a query or wanting to adjust an order and their customer service is second to none. They reply quickly and are very flexible. I buy from the UK so am quite anxious about the travel the packing goes through and I worry about damage. However, I have had no issues with this! I highly recommend buying from Umbrella!

Some fantastic design, presentation let down by poor attention to detail and QA. So far I’ve notice minor problems with both The Fall and The Quiet Family, with the audio on the menu out of sync for The Fall and The Quiet Family cutting off the credits. Normally I wouldn’t mind, but this is a premium product that I’ve paid premium prices for and there are manufacturing errors that have slipped through QA and when pressed about it via email they fobbed me off saying they noticed the issue - then ignoring my request for a repl... read more

Extremely professional service and great products, I was waiting on a pack and it was taking a bit longer then expected, I made an enquiry and they issued a full email to everyone on their mailing list. My order was also confirmed for delivery. -Awesome products and service. -Good communication.
