I was in the Toronto Umbra store a few weeks ago (a Saturday in March), and had the pleasure of being assisted by Eli. Eli was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She was able to help me find the right pieces for my needs. Will definitely look out for her the next time I'm in the store!
Some will talk about the awe-inspiring building and others about their love for Umbra's sense of style, for objects that they need for their homes. I must tell you, there are also fascinating people who work here. Murray and Barrington, I thoroughly enjoyed talking with you about art and passions, in early March 2025.
It's a pretty cool store - it has the vibe of a showroom but many of the items are affordable.
Purchased two side tables for the first time from Umbra. One side table is perfect, same colour as the website, etc. The second side table is a drastically different colour than the first and a much different colour than the website, much darker. Dealing with their customer service department has been a horrible experience.
