I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Gloria’s exceptional customer service. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make both me and my dog Irie feel welcome. She greeted us with a warm smile, offered treats, and gave my pup lots of cuddles which he loved! I was in the Toronto Umbra store a few weeks ago (a Saturday in March), and had the pleasure of being assisted by Eli. Eli was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She was able to help me find the right pieces for my needs. Will definitely look out for her the next time I'm in the store!
