I ordered 2 units and one was broken, I can't get this company to call me back and the last email support took a month to respond to and they closed the inquiry. I've asked for a refund or replacement and no response. this company is a SCAM BEWARE!
I ordered this product several days ago, they quickly charged my account but I have not yet received the three units I requested nor any shipping information. I called the number from the site and was told that it was not their number but the customer service rep stated he would transfer me to the operator who could give me the number, she was unavailable, left my name and number have not heard back. Clicked on the spot that it has to send an email to UMBRA, when you complete the message and hit send you get a message back... read more
