The phone service is really bad, I have been trying to resolve the problem of redeeming the credit card reward points, call twice and still not getting anywhere, the bank pass me to credit card section, and vice versa, seem like no one is willing to help. Ending up have to call them every month to redeem the rewards with a customer service rep, and that is always waiting and holding, I am beginning to wonder if it is worth while to hold on to their credit card.
