This is absolutely my favorite bank. The branch manager Nick does an amazing job in helping to support my financial goals and the personal service is like a breath of fresh air.
Looking for a great bank for your banking needs? I strongly suggest UMB on Mid Rivers Mall Drive. Always fast service with a friendly smile. Farrah, Nick, Dave and Brittany are number one in customer service in Cottleville. They are always happy to see their customers. I asked for chocolate in their candy dish and the next time I visited UMB there were dishes loaded with chocolate. That is superb customer service. We transferred our accounts to UMB a few years and have never regretted it. After a recent hack to our account due to a fault of mine, Nick Forguson at UMB went above and beyond to do everything possible to take care of us.
