I had a complicated situation involving a conservatorship account and needed a bank that would actually work with me. Most places wouldn’t even try. Nick the branch manager and Farrah went above and beyond. They were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. Because of them, everything got set up correctly and I felt supported the whole time. Really appreciate the way UMB and this team handled it.
UMB Cottleville staff, especially Farrah, who has personally built strong banking relationships with myself and our community. This physical location and staff is the reason I choose UMB Bank. I highly recommend UMB Cottleville for all your banking needs.
Nick and his team do a great job. They are easy to work with and actually care for their customers.
