UMB pirated $2,280 out of my account in "excessive withdrawal charge (s)" (proof in hand). No paper statements, no e-statement, and get this, no online account access because it wants to send verification code to my 2 year old phone number. No notification thru mail, and despite all the technology that exists, none thru email, just piracy in the dark I feel stupid to have stayed with these pirates as long as I did because I didn't know that just as cash is insured by FDIC, securities too are insured by SIPC.
