I enjoyed Banking at UMB in Platte Woods for 19 years. I rarely ever had any issues over an 18 year period and if I did, the staff was very proactive and fixed it quicky. The showed ownership of what I think was 2 mistakes over that span of 18 years. Im not sure what happened recently but 1 deposit of over $2000 was credited to the wrong account and not mine.
