Stay away from UMB bank at any location! The customer service and outdated systems are a major problem. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY. God forbid you have to call customer service. The constantly hang up on you and transfer you with silent holds they are unsupervised working from home with ALL of your personal information.
