I visited the Dallas Central Expwy branch on September 8th. I deposited 3-4 checks. The manager Ginger Gordon helped. It was the worst experience ever. She was rude, arrogant and nasty over not being able to cash one of my checks. I maintained my kindness and composure but left there in shock. I have been a long term customer. Kristhian and Rubin have been excellent. They are an asset to UMB. If Ginger is not removed, I may take my business elsewhere.
As a one time wall street guy and someone who does a fair amount of business, i found banks and bankers to be mostly the same: cliche and check-box. I must say that my experience with UMB bank was certainly different and better. Especially Adam Donahue, Senior VP, who was very CREATIVE (not check-box) in CUSTOMIZING my commercial loan package.
