Love this bank
I received excellent customer service yesterday, 11/5/24, from Brandon Boling, CSR at United Missouri Bank’s Deer Creek Branch. I had a double payment issue with a utility company, due to our current delayed mail delivery taking 16 days to deliver my payment. I made an ACH payment on 11/4 and the very next day, “both” my ACH payment and the 16 day delinquent mail delivery payment cleared my account together. I had a great experience.. I had several things I needed to get done at the bank today. Suncirae helped me and I was able to get everything done easily! I feel she went above and beyond. In fact, I've had very positive experiences frequently at this branch!
