I love this bank! Very knowledgable and super friendly! Always with a smile on their face even when they aren’t helping me personally!
Always helpful whenever I would use the drive-thru. I never use the drive- thru. I have no way of getting there.
I've been a UMB customer for 20+ years and have never had a bad experience.... Until I moved to Manhattan Kansas and had to use this worthless branch. Complete and utter lack of knowledge, courtesy, and professionalism. I would literally rather drive 200 mi round trip and go to a decent branch in KC then deal with these clowns. I feel bad for the one competent guy that works there.
Aaron greeted us by name and was very willing to help us.
