Best bank ever, great customer service!!
I recently visited the UMB branch / Scottsdale managed by Amy Migli to open an estate account for my father and to obtain a Medallion Signature Guarantee. Prior to my visit, I called to confirm the process, and I was assured by a very pleasant representative that I could open the account and receive the Medallion stamp the same day without a grace period.
