Customer service is pretty good. However, dealing with the bank and all their many rules is horrible. 7 days to wait on a large check and not include Saturday as a business day even though you can go in make deposits and withdraws on a Saturday is ridiculous. Second, if your debit card is lost, compromised, damaged anything you have to wait 7-10 business days for a new card! What type of 1980s mess is that!! I haven’t even had my account for a full 6 months before the bs started!! I will be canceling my account and make sure everyone is aware of the crap this bank pulls
This branch could seriously benefit from some customer service skills. I HIGHLY suggest visiting a different location when you need assistance.
This Atm is at a convenient location. It also rarely has long lines.
Terrible banking company… can’t even send you a new card when yours expires in time
