I’ve banked at UMB since 1984 and they are friendly, but also personable. I got to meet Kim that is branch manager at a UMB where I first opened my accounts.
Avoid if you are a small business. The business banker will make you feel good, but umb falls far short of what is promised.
The bankers are very nice!
I came to this location which is located in the Festival Shopping Center, A rather plain and desolate area, to conduct a business transaction. The Teller was quick and friendly and I was in and out and on my way in less than 5 mins.
