App is bad They dont tell you anything
Terrible company.
They charge $250 to start service and make you go through hoops to get letters of credit from other power companies. When you provide letters of credit they deny them or say they didnt get a fax with it. Ive paid all my bills my entire life and have lived all over the US, this is the only power company that does this. I should be able to just start service and pay my bills. I work too much to even want to think about jumping through hoops to not $250 to start sevice.
Always fast and friendly. Great people in there. And such a nice new building. I love it.
