My son has gone to UMass and lived on campus for 4 years now. He had some specific housing needs and so at times I was involved helping him with getting those needs met. The folks at housing were always very, very helpful and while you could not get them on the phone all the time (I am sure they don't have enough bodies to answer all calls all the time for a huge college like UMass) we always got through one way or another. I am sure it is not an easy job to say the least. Thank you, cheers!
