Extremely poor customer service, long response times and barely any care towards your issues.
Worst customer service ever, no matter what person I talk to they have so much attitude and can’t even try to put a smile on their face. So rude it’s not even funny, I fight the urge to say something to them every time I go
Assistant Director here was very inconsiderate and lacked professionalism when dealing with a sensitive issue pertaining to my child. They also do not return calls.
