Bought helium balloons, they didn’t do them up tight enough so the balloons deflated. Waste of money.
Went in to get about metres of table clothes, the attending server tried to cut with a blunt cutting tool, resulting in tearing it. Instead of getting a new cutting tool or replacing the blade I was told "oh well, there's nothing i can do". Then informed to try spotlight when I asked where i could go. The shop actually sells cutting tools, and blades. I have always enjoyed shopping here, however this has made it clear they have no customer service anymore

Wow the mostvamazing customer service from Kathleen today. She came in early to make sure my grandaughter had her balloons for her party today. Exceptional service with a smile can't beat that!!!!
