Service Department is unsatisfactory. Brought my 2018 Toyota Highland in for State Inspection, Oil Change and windows not working properly. Dropped my vehicle off before opening. Texted many times with Andy Mahan with no response for 6-7 hours. When showed up to pick up was told it would only take 10-15 minutes. At present I having been waiting for over 1 hour. We had just arrived to Charlottesville and were looking to buy a car. We went to Flow Toyota, they were really helpful and made the process really easy, specially our sales consultant Sayed who helped us with all the process coming from out of state!
I had a wonderful experience in Flow Toyota and a huge shout out to my salesman Dean, can’t go wrong with him.
