We recently had a bad experience at Flow Toyota. They decided to sell us a car that we paid cash for, but they did not have the time or the appropriate staff, to ensure that our paperwork was accurate. They are also very persuasive by phone, and put more emphasis on profit than on customer care. If they make a mistake, they will only correct it, when you bring the mistake in their favor to them 3 times.
