Good afternoon. Before the New Year, we bought a car for my brother. A great car, a great dealership, and the consultant Samir was the most pleasant for us, he is the best consultant we have ever met. He told us a lot of interesting things, showed us, we are very satisfied, and we would like to thank Samir separately.
After my car was stolen and later recovered, I brought it to the dealership for key and lock replacements. The process took two weeks, which felt excessive for this repair. The final cost was $1,500, over $300 more than the price initially quoted over the phone. Additionally, the extended idle period in winter conditions did nothing to improve the condition of the car. The place is typical of most Toyota service centers, they will get you in the door on a low priced oil change and then upsell you on a bunch of overpriced items. Unfortunately, we trusted their judgement since we have a plug in Prius and we were concerned other shops would be less familiar with the electrical drive components of the car. Called to inquire about a vehicle and was told it was in stock. Then proceeded to get led on for two days being told I was going to get a quote and more information on the vehicle. Never got the information on the vehicle and when I called again turns out the vehicle was never in stock in the first place. Why tell me it was? Won't be doing business here.
