He’s got to be one of the most arrogant AH’s in SAT. I went to see him for a review of my tests results. I waited longer than an hour, when he came in he never looked at me, no greeting at all. He open his laptop & said nothing for a while, then he blurted out that all my test numbers were ok. I asked for explanation didn’t get one. At my most recent appointment with Dr. Shah, he came in to the room, did not say a word, and worked on his laptop for 2 minutes. he then asked how i was, without eye contact, and as i explained why i was there, his phone kept ringing. While i was speaking, without excusing himself, he answered the phone, interrupting me. I relayed my concerns, and i was shocked when i said that I was in the ER the week before, and he had not taken the time to read that in my chart prior to our visit. Excellent customer service from Dr. Shah and his staff. He explained my condition thoroughly and was not rushed. The office staff was very nice and helpful made me feel comfortable. The techs were also very informative as they explained what was being done.
Dr. Shah is such a talented doctor. He really cares about his patients and addresses their health concerns completely. He has a great attitude and always takes care of business. My entire family sees Dr. Shah and we are all so grateful to have found his office. His office staff is so friendly and always willing to help me out with questions about my care. I will happily recommend Dr. Shah, he give me all the time to explain my condition and future treatment. All his staff its very friendly, make you feel welcome and very efficient they are on the ball.

Staff and doctors are very friendly and helpful.
I cannot recommend this Doctor to any heart patient. He is curt and abrasive and not compassionate. You cannot get him on the phone and he will not return calls, Every communication must be channeled though either an unhelpful staff member or his useless patient portal. Don't waste your time and risk your health with this provider.
I would recommend Dr. Shah to anybody. He is knowledgeable and an expert in his field of Cardiology.
