Very disappointing experience. The customer service was extremely poor. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and clearly didn’t know how to speak to customers with respect. Instead of being polite and helpful, they had an unfriendly attitude that made us feel unwelcome.
Best kosher sushi in the city, hands down. Fish is always fresh, special rolls are delicious. And the customer service seals it: they once forgot a roll on an online order, I called, and instead of the runaround they just owned it, had someone bring it to my house within 15 minutes. That kind of accountability is rare. Highly recommend.
Very very aggressive staff
Food was mid. Girl who answered the phone was a darling.
