I love the vegan options! The tofu banh mi is sooo delicious! The summer rolls are delicious too, and I liked that I could mix types with my order of 3 rolls. Peanut sauce is amazing.
Be aware if you order online that in addition to the $1 service charge there is a 15% tip automatically added to the bill unless you go to the very bottom of the form, after the payment section, and remove it. If you pay in the restaurant, it will then ask you if you want to leave a tip in addition. This felt a little deceptive.

Pho 1 on Route 206 became Umami House. For Chinese takeout at its price point, the lunch options are slightly above average. As shown in the picture, lunch came with generous portions of beef, good amount of pork fried rice and soup. All tasted fresh, sufficiently flavored with no need for additional sauce packets.
