Purchased a Street Fighter 2 player arcade machine. Communication was fantastic from Iris, service on arrival was incredible from Iris and the other staff members. Got to try a display unit and was shown all aspects of the machine from operating, system options, coin feature, menus etc. Great price and the machine looks and feels quality. Lights and sound are great. Plenty of games. Very impressed. They also have a good range of other products like BBQ's etc which look great.
I recently purchased some artificial grass from Umall. I was so impressed with their excellent customers service! From the time I made the phone enquiry to show room to delivery! Definitely will return for more!
I recently picked up my Master Grill Kamodo 24 and couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service. The showroom team was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the pickup process smooth and enjoyable, I purchased most of the accessories, all at a great price. Great value and friendly staff. We visited their new showroom and the helpful staff showed us through their range. We purchased a 3 in 1 pool table and they promptly arranged delivery and sent through photos of how to assemble the table at home. Definitely would recommend UMall
