I will give no star at all ( it’s just I can’t post it without putting a star). Very bad service. My first time and will not going to use UMAC again to send balikbayan to Philippines. Imagine I send 3 boxes last August 2022, it’s 2023 I still do not know I when mg boxes will deliver. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!
Been sending my box using UMAC Ang bilis ng service nila agad duma dating yung boxes ko ng maayos. Thank you kay Kuya Rey and Ate Nini sa magandang customer service ❤️
