We have been using UMAC for quite sometime and this is the first time we have encountered that our box was delivered in a very bad shape. I sent them photos and they never responded; I called them and was told they were not liable for the box as the leak inside the box happened while it was in transit from Canada to Manila. The box was not handled with care and for some reasons it shows that the detergent has poke marks in it causing it to leak; When the box arrived it was soaking wet as seen on the photos.
