Dropped a package off there to be sent away, and the staff was super friendly and helpful.
Super DISAPPOINTED. You don’t value your customer’s time. I called to schedule a pickup and clearly explained that I would be sending a pahiga (horizontal) box. I don’t know the specific box names since I only send once a year. The first representative was polite and offered a promo for a bulilit box, which I accepted. To avail of this, I had to adjust my regular schedule just to pick up the bulilit box.
