waited for a pick up..driver never showed after telling me he was coming early..I went home sat for over 2 hours .no call.. had to call him..told me he was still busy..cancel my pick up..never use them again.

No star! I sent my balikbayan box Nov 7, 2024 and until now Feb 2025 they never know when they can deliver my box. I called the Customs and they told me to get the tracking number and the other reference number to UMAC inorder for them to issue release of the box however, UMAC doesn't want to give the numbers that the Customs was askingbecause the reason of UMAC it is confidential so stupid!!!
