After a terrible experience with another shipping carrier, we decided to give UMAC a try. Not only did they come earlier, but the UMAC representative Kevin was very respectful and took good care of my package. I'd highly recommend UMAC if you are looking for shipping back to Pinas.
Driver arrived earlier than expected time, which was okay. However, he was rude, irritable, and somewhat dismissive too. He called me, while he was driving, and complained that he cannot find the address. Gave him some redirection and eventually he arrived at our place. Me, as a customer, asking him nicely “Kuya sana po kaya nyo mabuhat at mejo mabigat at may hagdan pa kasi”. He responded “Well! titignan ko. Kung hindi kaya edi hindi ko kukunin!”.
