Lazy Guys!!! You’re losing customer with these kind of employee. Yes there’s contruction infront of the house, but you can wheel it to your van. You already parked on the side street, i saw you there on my way out. NOTOUMAC

Nawalan ako ng ilang gamit at chocolate sa pangalawang padala ko.until now wlang reply sa email na pinadala ko. Sad sa costumer service nila.

Poor customer Service.. Hihingi mo yung Invoice para malaman kung nasa Pinas na yung box.. Sasabihin sayo wala raw silang paran ma hanap.. Hahanapin pa raw sa warehouse .. Yung sa Manila Express ibigay kaagad Kung nasaan in less than five minutes… Ang gusto nila email mo yung request pero hindi sumasagot… Tapos pag tinawagan mo after one week sasabihin sa inyo kailangan ng ID… Napaka tamad sasagutin ka pa na kay may recibo kasi nandodoon ang Invoice

After a terrible experience with another shipping carrier, we decided to give UMAC a try. Not only did they come earlier, but the UMAC representative Kevin was very respectful and took good care of my package. I'd highly recommend UMAC if you are looking for shipping back to Pinas.
