Do not do Business with this company. You will not be happy. First this company did my embroidery in a color that we specifically discussed not doing it in. I wanted a gray or silver tin man, specifically not blue, but it was done in blue anyways. I live out of state, so I didn’t see it until it was shipped to my house. Then I was told that they’d make it right by sending me another item with the proper colors. That was 15 months ago. I Never received anything, and they never attempted to make it right. Do not do business with this company! The first time I went to UMA Specialties about a month ago I brought in 14 jackets to be embroidered. Rosemarie did the work herself and they turned out great. About a week later I brought in 6 shirts and 6 sweaters to be embroidered for our sales team. When I went to pick them up they were a mess. The logos were not put on the same on any of the garments.
