I really feel like Dr. Muthyala listens to my concerns and explains my treatments so I can understand.
There was less than 5 minutes in the front waiting room before I was called by the nurse. After the nurse weighed me, took, my vitals and verified my medications and supplements, she informed me the doctor will be in shortly. The nurse informed me the doctor had 2 patients in front of me. The wait time in the patient's room was not long. Dr. Uma Muthyala was very thorough with me. I am always satisfied with my yearly appointment with this doctor's office.
As always, everyone in the practice is so caring and courteous. My doctor is certain that I understand everything before we part. Mere words cannot express how grateful I am to have them ALL on my care team.
Dr. Muthyala is the best. She spends quality time with you. She's supportive and encouraging. When your A1C gets down, she celebrates with you. She even hugged me once. She doesn't hesitate to send a scrip into your Insurance whether it will be approved or not. She's such a great Doctor.
