I paid $400 for braids they didn’t even braid them down all the way. They talk about all African-AMERICANS horribly. I used a translator while getting my hair done. They even tried to make me separate my own hair. 0/10 do not recommend. They are so greedy to get all the customers money they will book you & get started knowing they are over staffed. I’d rate lower if I could. Extremely rude staff, extremely prejudice, don’t go here. I walked in to ask my friend I brought here how things were going and how much longer it would take. It was my very first and only time coming in to ask. During me politely asking questions one of the ladies kept yelling and asking what I needed and I let her know I didn’t need anything politely and I walked outside just when I stepped out the door they locked me out and treated me like a criminal. When I lived in Shreveport Ms. Uma braided my hair I went back consecutively and I've always had gud results my short hair even started to growing , I then moved to Dallas I can't find anyone like Uma my braids would sometimes stay up for 3 to 4months without getting them redone . She was the best , I wish that I was still there . Goodluck Uma hopefully I'll see u soon.
