Waited an hour, then phlebotomist didn't complete the test as ordered. Will have to go back and wait another hour? No one answers the phone, even during stated work hours; answering system just disconnects you. Over and over again.
Great staff, convenient location, good parking. As another reviewer said, if you’re walking in to have a blood sample taken, go in the afternoon to avoid waiting.

Wiat times are high in the morning here and Labcorp due to every fasted labwork patient walking in 7:30-9:30. Afternoons, I barely wait at all and I went every 2 weeks for almost a year, then monthly. Nicole is one of the best phlebotomists I've ever had, amongst 5 other hospital systems, 10+ labs, and many more clinics. The front office admins are organized and friendly, despite high turnover in the last year due to covid.
