Excellent customer service
I almost didn’t go to this location because of the negative reviews. I’m so glad I did! Someone has worked hard to turn things around here and it shows. Everyone here was friendly, kind and professional. If you’ve had a negative experience in the past, give them another chance!
I needed a CT and a HIDA scan. Emergency situation I was called and told I could not have a CT with contrast without first being put on steriods!?!? The problem, Im allergic to steriods! Im in shock and they wait until an hour before to call and tell me, NOPE they can't do it bc they're Dr. who is not my Dr or a gastro for that matter said no, not without prior steriods. Wtheck, this could be an obstruction or worse and they make determining this even harder, good stuff!
They make it almost impossible to send over your results to a doctor. I called because my urologist wants my CT scan results and I had to call 4 different numbers and then was told I need to email a certain address but I was pretty much checked out at that point and the person I was talking to didn’t speak clear English so I told him I give up and hung up on them. I dont understand what is so hard about sending over my test results. Absolutely ridiculous
On Saturday, June 14, 2025, my wife had an MRI performed, and I sat in the waiting area while the scan was being done. The MRI scan went beyond 12 noon. Meanwhile, the dark-skinned receptionist left for the day at 12 noon and never bothered to tell me that the front door locks at that time. I was locked inside with nobody around and unable to go outside for some air or even go to my car.
