I am really surprised at the negative comments given. I have had so many tests there it's just crazy. Even when they never received the doctors faxed order for a test they would get on the phone and call the doctor for me to get everything straight. They go out of their way to help me. Everyone is so nice. I have met just about everyone. They go out of their way to accommodate me and always are great in explaining procedures to me. Lazy incompetent receptionist, she was no help, couldn’t look up Drs number to help us. Just sat there drinking her Dr Pepper! I will definitely not be back to this facility or recommend this facility. I’ll drive the extra time to get better customer service! Such a shame I drove over an hour and a half to bring my 81 year old mother in for her blood work and was completely disappointed! Jatoyi was the receptionist name
