On Saturday, June 14, 2025, my wife had an MRI performed, and I sat in the waiting area while the scan was being done. The MRI scan went beyond 12 noon. Meanwhile, the dark-skinned receptionist left for the day at 12 noon and never bothered to tell me that the front door locks at that time. Incredible staff at the Front Desk and Lab Work area! My grandmother has had difficulty getting her blood drawn from multiple places in the area. Coming here, she has been treated with the best of care and they have been able to draw her blood successfully multiple times! There is such a warmth and hospitality in the interactions with the folks here. They have been the most pleasant medical experience on the Eastern Shore!
I needed blood work and an xray. The woman at the check in desk is incredibly unprofessional. She took my paperwork and handed it to the admissions lady with the phrase “and so it begins” because I walked in at 8am. This is the 2nd time I have visited here and the same receptionist is just wildly unprofessional and flat out rude. The receptionist at the lab was also rude to the admissions employee. Always a terrible experience and no surprise at the low overall rating.
