I've been to the facility three times, and while the check-in process isn't great, I've otherwise been very impressed with the available services and how quickly everything was done once I was in the door. If you've got a choice between Eastern and Cambridge for ER, I would definitely opt for Cambridge.
I recently moved to the area and called to get established with my daughter’s pediatrician. So I called because I wanted to make an appointment. The receptionist on the phone, Sheena, laughed at me because I didn’t know the steps or process of how to get my daughter into their system. I told her she was being rude and she said “well you’re questioning me.” When I got off the phone I was floored at how unprofessional that phone call was. Safe to say I will be taking my daughter to a different pediatrician.
Horrible, unprofessional and a disgrace to our community! I went there for an MRI and there is 1 woman at the front desk in the main lobby responsible for checking in EVERY patient upon arrival for all services and procedures for the pavillion. She started my check in process then asked to to take a seat to review the MRI safety forms and bring them back. Horrible place. Worst treatment. Really sad we traded a full service hospital for this circus. Oh and by the way, your sign is crooked.
