This hospital lacks everything! If you can make it to another hospital please do so. I would never send anyone I care about to this Hospital.

I just left here Arrived at 4:50 am a took like 10 mins for checkin a triage. Staff was very nice. Dr. Was very knowledgeable and kind. Facilities were very clean. I would definitely recommend. They care for your well being. If you have an emergency don’t hesitate to go here.

Go to a real hospital!!! Fake hospital and emergency room. They stop regular testing like X-rays and ultrasounds., etc after a certain time for the doctor. Shaking my head..I never heard of this at any ER.

Went here for a minor injury and ended up staying for 6 hours, until 5am. Waited an hour between nurses and doctors, had a blood vessel break during an MRI, and wasn't given a blanket or pillow to rest on until I asked (keep in mind, it was late at night and freezing in the building). I was one of maybe 3 people on the entire floor. Unacceptable. TL;DR: Every time I've gone the wait time has been ridiculous, with minimal interaction with any kind of medical professional.

I was in, got seen, prescribed my meds, and out in an hour. Everyone was so kind, considerate, looked like the actually cared and enjoyed their profession. I mean from the front receptionist, Sweet nurse Tanya, insurance verification lady, to the doctor Subarna Adhikari. The staff from 11/30/24 deserve a raise. Who ever is doing the hiring for the ER hospital is seriously making sure the hire the right people.
