Nothing has changed still same crap service as harford memorial just because a new building and better tech in building is there, its still the same staff who cared less..... super long wait times to get triaged and even longer to get seen.....yet this place was suppose to be so much better. Biggest lie/joke ever! Do yourelf the fav go to a urgent care before here cause u will be seen faster and get better care faster.

My wife had severe back pain. We were there for over 7 hours, waiting for 6-6 1/2. She still has severe back pain and we are going to our physician after this is written. There seems to be a lack of protocol and accountability for the staff, who tries to respond to requests for help, but get distracted, diverted or stalled by someone or something along the way. Also, the physicians and nurses seem to be working independently, not as a team, and different approaches lead to confusion and, perhaps, mis-treatment for the pat... read more

This facility is a complete joke. The reputation they tried to hide when Fallston General shut down remains and the care and quality of service is horrific. From the rude intake to nurses that treat you like a number to the insanely long wait times, things may have gotten worse. Almost impossible something worse than Fallston General but this place puts up a solid argument for being worse than the worst. My 11-year-old daughter, who was scared and exhausted and afraid, was treated poorly. How can Harford County not do b... read more

Last year, I came to Dr. Yalamanchili with an acute tear in my meniscus, and bad arthritis at that. X-rays showed bone-on-bone problems. I needed a total knee replacement. 29 hours after I checked in, I was discharged, and I could walk away with help of a cane. After three days, the acute pain was gone, and I could start physical therapy. When scar tissue formed after 10 weeks, making the leg too stiff to walk down any stairs, 'Dr. Raj', as most people call him, 'manipulated' the knee (under anesthesia). A few minutes later,... read more

I thought this place had turned over a new leaf when the University of Maryland took over, but no, y'all have gone right back to square one this last visit. It seemed more like a chop shop to me. The staff is more concerned with 'getiing' sued.??? what the hell? If you care more about money then your patient, you do not belong in the medical profession. JESUS OUT HERE HELPING FOLKS FFFOOOORRRR FFFRRRREEEEEEEEEEEE yall fat ass rolly polly ''security'' guard? beat me up over a mfukin LIGHTSWITCH? I AM DONE W/ BIG BULLY. HE WAN... read more

The good: The medical staff is friendly and competent. They work with the patient, listen, and are a partner in care. The bad: The office staff on the phone are terrible. They leave messages to call them back, you wait on hold for quite a while. You have an option to hit zero and leave a message, but it's DAYS before anyone gets back to you. For example, I messaged back and forth with my medical practitioner regarding a test I recently had with excellent results. This person's assistant called and left me an urgent message... read more

As soon as you walk thru the doors, they act mad cause you have disturbed them. I had respiratory issues and they (Q.a.e r.) failed miserably again. Why is it when I go to a primary care Dr. In 15mins I'm diagnosed, treated, scripted and gone. At Q.A. Er it's 2-4hrs of sitting in room waiting ,while you watch them play games and ignore you at the nurses station. Blood work dosen't take an hr to process , yes I got 3pills of prednisone whoopee doo. After 2hrs I took the port out of my arm and walked out. I would of thought I'... read more
