While the care I receive from U of M doctors here is great, the front office staff has been consistently challenging to deal with. Today I got on hold 13th place in line. 20 minutes later when the office staff member took me off hold, I was across the room. In the 2.5 seconds of her saying “hello? Hello?” She hung up before I could even get to my phone. I had to wait in line all over. When I called back in and explained what happened the woman was just rude and short with me.
