Currently here, staff use to be more welcoming. Not so much anymore........Not even a basic hello and a smile. Update: as I am checking out. The receptionist was on a personal phone call. Today (1/15/26) my children were denied care because the their insurance was not up to date. I provided proof of CURRENT, VALID health insurance and was still denied care. I was told to call central registration to update and validate my information and *then* a doctor could see me. After waiting on hold over the phone in the waiting room, I took my kids home. We've been seeing Dr. Thompson in pediatrics. I have 4 children ages 22 -5 . Dr. Thompson is BY FAR my favorite pediatrician of all time!! He was born for this! If you have a kiddo and he has an opening. Snag him up!!
I’ve been a patient here for a few years, and I really loved it at first! My PA was fantastic and always super helpful, right up until the day she bold face lied to my face about what a diagnosis I was given meant (I wasn’t even told this was a diagnosis btw). All I wanted was a referral, and the diagnosis she gave prevented my referral from even being able to bill my insurance, not to mention the fact that my pain wasn’t taken seriously, SPECIFICALLY due to this diagnosis.
