I can’t say enough good things about this organization. My PCP, Dr. Fick, and her staff are amazing! Knowledgeable, friendly, and compassionate. I never feel rushed or uncared about and my health concerns are explained in terms I understand. I’ve recently also had experience with the ER and from check in to discharge I was treated kindly and with respect. The physician went above and beyond in contacting my urologist, discussing my case and coming up with a treatment plan appropriate in light of ongoing, known kidney stones.... read more
While the care I receive from U of M doctors here is great, the front office staff has been consistently challenging to deal with. Today I got on hold 13th place in line. 20 minutes later when the office staff member took me off hold, I was across the room. In the 2.5 seconds of her saying “hello? Hello?” She hung up before I could even get to my phone. I had to wait in line all over. When I called back in and explained what happened the woman was just rude and short with me. Never had issues like that with my Corewell docto... read more
