The Lab Nurse Rude and kill the time more then an hour on one patient which we wait up two hours then she say it's our lunch time. It's my first time but the Lab Nurse should be polite to people and don't west time. She was busy in Tiktok and she don't want to accept patient for lab test.
Despite my usual reluctance to write reviews, I feel compelled to do so today due to the unacceptable behavior exhibited by the nurse in this laboratory. I have been waiting for over two hours while she is attending to a single patient. When my turn finally arrived, it was not yet lunchtime, yet she announced her own lunch break. This experience has been the most unpleasant I have ever encountered at Sparrow Labs.
I never take the time to write reviews, ever. But this was my first time coming to this location with my 10 year old who needed his blood work done and throat cultures. He was very nervous but the two ladies that were there today at 3:45 pm were absolutely wonderful even with the extensive amount of labs that he needed. When we were walking out of the building, my son said to me “I thought it was going to hurt but they were so gentle”. We need more people in the health care field like this. Thank you girls 🩷
