First experience with sparrow lab. No appointment but was first to arrive at time of open. Checked in and was promptly called back. I had lab orders in hand, which they were able to use. Staff did a great job of explaining the process while they were doing it, and they were able to answer my questions. Will be returning if I need lab work again, but will plan to make an appt next time as the lobby was full as I was leaving (which was 15 min after open). Overall, positive experience.
Got called in for my appt on time and the staff were very friendly. I will be using this place again.
This was the SLOWEST lab I've ever been to. I waited over an hour and a half. With only 4 people ahead of me. I do not recommend this place unless you have hours to spare
