Absolutely AMAZING experience at this office as a new patient.I can't say enough good things. Every single person from the front desk, the NP, the phlebotomist to checking out. . . was so friendly, helpful, compassionate and kind. They even had Biblical scripture hanging on the wall when I was getting my blood taken. Which is so rare to see these days but 100% of what we all need these days - Jesus Christ. I left smiling and feeling cared for. Keep up the amazing work everyone!
All staff at this practice lack compassion and empathy. I was miscarrying on Christmas Eve and they refused to see me for confirmation or to provide any information. Providers order labs that get released to you then you have to beg them to follow up. Save yourself the agony and book with the White Plains office. They got me in on Christmas Eve and cared about what was happening as healthcare workers should. As a nurse myself I know if you dont have compassion you dont have anything.
Great first visit. Reception staff was welcoming and kind. Victor, the resident(?) was great! He completed the intake swiftly and made me feel comfortable when answering some very personal medical information. He was also patient & gentle when assist. Dr. Contreras with the exam. Dr. Contreras was nice. She was thorough in her exam. She answered my questions since I was new to her practice. She put me at ease. I would recommend, even after only 1 visit.
If I could give zero stars I would. I had a baby three weeks ago and was told to come in for a two week postpartum appointment for a non-high risk pregnancy and a uncomplicated delivery after I left my postpartum appointment, which I was told was part of protocol three hours later I started profusely bleeding, went to the ER And found out that I had been hemorrhaging. do not book with them. and rate them one star if you do. you can call them as soon as you find out you’re pregnant snd they’ll make you wait at least four months for an appt. then, they’ll call you a day before your appointment to let you know the practioner needs to “leave early” the day of your appointment, so you need to come an hour early! i of course didn’t see this voicemail until i arrived, on time to my appointment, at 18 weeks, just to be told they’ve rescheduled me damn near a month later. so i havent gotten an ult... read more
