I really like dr. Rahel, she's been one of the most consistent doctors who believe me with my migraines. Though I do feel helpless leaving some of my appointments when I feel like there's nothing they can do for me. But I dont think that's their fault. But I really do enjoy seeing Dr. Rahel.
The doctors are nice but getting prescriptions refilled is an absolute nightmare. I will call almost a week in advance and they will send it to a pharmacy across the country. They never know when the prescriptions are signed off and when they get sent to the pharmacy. The staff that manages prescriptions is completely useless. There is no reason to use them if you need medication, you will never get it on time. Not to mention, they NEVER open up on time, but they seem to always close on time! These reviews that date back 7 years about DR Kamsheh should of been a red flag to me but I decided to go and see for myself... What a rude and arrogant man spent more time arguing with me on why I'm on a medication that he didn't even know what it was to begin with. I came here for severe insomnia and offered no help what so ever just printed out a sleep hygiene paper i already know all about that stuff.. He kept rudely saying I'm confused why you're here?
