If you want a doctor's office that ever calls you back, look elsewhere. I called the Women's Health Clinic at UM BWMC on April 7th when I was 33 weeks pregnant and explained that I was going to be moving from New Jersey to Maryland in 2 weeks. I was told that I would need to fax in my records and then a nurse would have to review them prior to being able to make an appointment. I faxed my medical record on April 8th. Worst drs office in the county. Providers are never in the room in a timely manner takes over 30 minutes to be seen but it takes 10 minutes for them to cancel your appointment all around the most inconsiderate establishment ever.
I saw Pablo Argeles. TLDR: screw this guy. I made it very clear I was there for my well woman so I could get my birth control pills. He didn’t listen or care why I was there or about what was right for me and my life. Pablo gave me unsolicited advice about how I should move up my timeline for having a child by over 5 years, gave me anecdotal evidence about someone in my same line of work who had complications when they waited until their 30s to have a kid, and hit me with the “pfft, well your career will always be there.” An... read more
