I don't even know where to start! This is absolutely shameful and disgusting! Anne Arundel county is one of the top 5% wealthiest counties in the United States, and we have the filthiest emergency rooms! Trash all over the place, dirty rest rooms, (filthy, is an understatement trash, human waste on the floors) dirty floors with old weave on them, old blankets, broken chairs, weird exam room/ open air pods that breaks every hipa law... This place is a joke, If you can avoid it, do NOT come here! The whole visit is done in the waiting room. Because of the condition I came in with, It's best for me to lay down but I have to sit up in a chair for hours. There are elderly sick, sitting in waiting room chairs visibly uncomfortable. The worst part was the snappy nurses at the nurses station. I'm sure the condition of the hospital is weighing on them they kept trying to discuss me because I refuse to use a disgusting bathroom to produce a urine sample. This place... read more
Urgent care sent me here for shortness of breath, chest tightness, and dizziness. Upon arrival I was triaged and told to go sit in the waiting room. An hour later, I hear a nurse shouting my name from the triage area. When I go over, she informs me that she’s called me three times in the last hour. The waiting room is huge and was packed with people, yet no one thought to maybe walk over to the main side of the waiting room to look for their patient?
