Held me and my daughter hostage and called five security guards on us. Would never recommend and I will be filing a report with any and everyone I can think of.
I was taken there by Ambulance after a collapse while standing in my kitchen because the Hospital Annapolis was full. I waited many hours in the waiting ER waiting room! I was taken into a hall in the ER on a stretcher which hurt my back. I was in that stretcher in the hall with no assigned nurse or tech for 12 hours. I contacted someone in managemen t and finally was transferred to a room but was in agony because the stretcher 12 hours.because of a recent back surgery. Although the staff was nice, I spent 13 hrs there. It took them 9 hrs to provide me with meds to relieve my level 10 pain. The absolute worst feeling in the world
9 hours, 4 of which with a very uncomfortable IV in. Was given medication I didn't even need. Most of the staff was friendly except one nasty nurse. The nasty nurse was just trying to get rid of me as fast as possible even before I had a scheduled procedure done. NEVER talked to or was seen by an actually doctor, just a NP. I've always hated ERs and this is the reason why.
This review is actually for the outpatient clinic at 255 Hospital Dr . The lady at the welcome desk , Lisa , was so helpful, friendly and accommodating . I had to wait over an hour for my ride to come and she kept me comfortable and kept checking on me . Thank you Ms. Lisa !!!! Signed , Lena Breland
