Absolutely will not return. The office staff is aweful. I left three messages and none were returned. I finally went down there. Took over 4 weeks to get my daughter’s glasses. They called and said they were in. She took off work and drove an hour to pick them up. When she got there they told her they only had her lenses and it would be another week or two before the frames came in. Why call and say “your glasses are in” if it’s just the lenses.
